Antoine Lie built it deliberately without top notes: it opens straight into the heart, patchouli leaves, iris butter, black pepper absolute, saffron, vanilla flowers and ginger, then settles onto cedarwood, sandalwood and guaiac. The patchouli is the hippie-trail kind, and it does not apologise for it.
