Cardamom and bergamot open it crisp, apple, rum, brandy, pineapple and vanilla fill the glass, and cedar with ambroxan gives it the dry finish. Note that this is the 2021 flanker, not the discontinued 2013 Apple Brandy - the two smell materially different and the original is no longer made.
